Some memories from Lynne Webster

"I went to the church as a child. I was christened, confirmed and married there. The vicars I knew were John Lloyd who was there before Vicar Burberry. John Lloyd had a youth club there in the fifties and also there were dances held in the church hall every Friday. I used to live in the same street as the church.  There were always four services held on a Sunday, the first was at 8am and was communion, the second was at 11am and was either a morning service or communion, the third was Sunday school at 2pm and finally, at 6pm, there was even-song. There was also a communion service held every Wednesday morning. I think this was at 8am."
